As you are well aware of, selling a home is a stressful time for anyone. You took our requests of appointment times, considering our little one’s sleeping requirements.
It took us by surprise how quickly we were ‘on’ the market and that we had prospective clients waiting for appointments the next day after your stock run, we weren’t even on the internet. It was confronting at first as we weren’t prepared for the concept of selling our home!
Everyday we had two inspections and were only open for two weekends. It was smooth sailing. Throughout this time everyone followed up with appointments telling us both positive and negative comments.
